You agree to provide accurate registration information, maintain the security of your account credentials, notify us of any unauthorized use, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, notes, memories). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it solely to provide the Service. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or that infringes on others' rights.

5. AI-Generated Recommendations

AI suggestions are for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or quality of recommended venues or activities. Always verify details independently before acting on any recommendation.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the app, harass or harm others, transmit malicious code, or use automated tools to scrape data without our permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All Service content is the exclusive property of My Perfect Dates, protected under US and Canadian intellectual property laws including the Canadian Copyright Act. You may not reproduce or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by US and Canadian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of amounts paid in the past 12 months or $50 CAD/USD. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under Canadian consumer protection law.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

US Users: Governed by US law. Disputes resolved through binding individual arbitration per AAA rules. Class actions are waived to the extent permitted by law.

Canadian Users: Governed by the laws of Canada and your province of residence. Disputes referred to mediation or applicable Canadian courts if unresolved informally. Your mandatory consumer protection rights are preserved.

11. Language (Quebec)
